I have taken a pregnancy test every month for the last 3 months and had come to the conclusion that it just wasn't going to happen. I would be late on my monthly and as soon as I would take the test I would start. Never failed. So I was way late in March and decided I would take the test (Friday, March 23) and again I would start. Took it and it came up positive immediately. Wow, the emotions went crazy. I was shaking and could not quit smiling. So excited and so scared.
Then while in Texas I went to have it confirmed and find out how far along I am. I am impatient and wanted to know right away. Tuesday, April 3, it was confirmed and then on Wednesday, April 4 we had the first sonogram to how far along I was. It was so tiny all you could see was a circle with a little flashing (heartbeat). My baby, our baby, a new beginning.
I had been very nauseous for about 2 weeks. Was not fun. Everything seemed to make me feel like I needed to throw up. Had a few really bad days. But luckily have felt fine the last few days.
Being very impatient and wanting to know what I am growing inside. I have a strong feeling it will be a girl. Guess we will just have to try again for that boy if my feeling is right.
